Mental Health PATH Counseling Services Program
Providing Access to Healing (PATH) is United Way of Sheboygan County’s focus area under the health building block. Partnering with Mental Health America in Sheboygan County and Access Community Therapies LLC, the program places licensed mental health professionals for students at several middle and high schools in Sheboygan County. PATH provides treatment and coping skills for students and their families struggling with common issues such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and relationship stresses among others common to students today. Plymouth St. Vincent DePaul
The Society of St. Vincent de Paul in Plymouth, also known as VINNIES, is a “conference” of people from the community caring for and addressing the needs of our poor and suffering neighbors and friends.
Family Resource Center
The Family Resource Center was established in 1997 as a nonprofit organization to help families in our community. We focus on two prevention-based, education programs: Parents as Teachers for parents and children ages 0–3 and Literacy Council for adults 18 years and older. We offer a “warm line” referral service where anyone can call or stop by to get answers and connected to community resources. Knowledgeable staff members provide information and make referrals to other county agencies when needed.
Plymouth Food Pantry
We serve the residents of the Northwestern portion of Sheboygan County. The area served includes all eligible residents of the Plymouth and Elkhart Lake school districts as well as the communities of Cascade, Waldo, Greenbush and Glenbeulah. Our guidelines allow any household earning less than 185% of the poverty level (established by the federal government) to receive food from the Plymouth Food Pantry.
Plymouth Community Education
Community Education is a centered process in a community that attempts to balance and coordinate available resources which fulfill basic life-long human needs. It enables local residents to help themselves solve their own problems and help create their own opportunities for personal and collective growth.
Many people think of Community Education merely as the classes offered at the school, for adults, after the close of the regular school day. While this is an important part of it, Community Education is actually much more than this.

Hot Lines & Text Lines
-Wisconsin Addiction Hotlines: The National Rehab Hotline (NHR) compiled a short list of credible hotlines to call if you or a loved one are struggling with addiction.
-The Crisis Text line: Crisis' aren't exclusivly when you're scared you'll harm yourself, this could include any rough patch that brings painful emotions up. The Crisis Text Line Connects you to a real Crisis Counsiler in less that five minutes. Open 24/7 and avalable on text, a web browser, or Whatsapp, The Crisis text Line is there to help.
- The Trevor Project: The Trevor Project features resources for LQBTQ+ youth who are struggling. The Trevor Project is 100% confidental and they are open on the web, text, or able to be called at 1-866-488-7386.
-RAINN Hotline: RAINN runs the National Sexual Assult Telephone Hotline. They are there to discuss resourses avalible based on your provided ZIP code. The Hotline can be reached at 800-656-HOPE (4673). The counclier your are directed to can provide resources like support groups, foresic test kits, and legal help.

Check out the following apps that can be downloaded right at home to provide a layer of support that is easily accessible. These are also applications that can be used in the PHS Counseling offices by students in the "Calming Center." These apps are NOT intended to replace mental health professionals (therapist, counselor), and should be used as an additional layer of support for those in need.
